Lopez’s Linkedin includes very positive reviews of her work ethic highlighting her ability to swiftly handle social equations while remaining friendly. 

During the episode, Lopez discusses the ins and outs of work as a community manager, which includes consistent management of customer replies online. Lopez advises other brands to create guidelines or have a set of rules to respond to certain messages, especially angry ones.
